Stayed for 2 days on a work trip. Room was average, but service was severely lacking. No drinking water provided. Breakfast? Charged separately, but you're forced to choose between two ready-made options--Poha or a generic South Indian dish. No flexibility, no freshness. Tea and coffee were available, but that's about the only thing that went right. If you're expecting even basic hospitality, look elsewhere.
The hotel was pathetic. Glasses of bathroom windows were broken. We changed the room but the same problem was with another bathroom window. Anyone can see you from outside if you turn on the light at night. Not safe for family. The rooms were so dirty it looked like nobody cleaned. Overall a very bad experience, won't recommend it for a night stay. Especially for family
