I had an amazing experience with the yoga instructor. She suggests us the yogas and the momentum is according to the need and requirements of the body. She is well educated and has great knowledge of human body and it has really helped me out. Would definitely recommend her if you want to be fit and healthy!

Neha Ma'am, really the best yoga instructor, mentor in Latur. Her observance towards every student is very keen, proper guidance regarding diet helps to maintain best health. My sleep was disturbed before joining the class. since, it has been only 8 days I joined the class but I get sound sleep at night and get up with very fresh mind and relaxed body.
