Yog Vastu - Classical Hatha Yoga Studio

Today was a very special day. It was Nagara Panchami, and we were also having an invocation to "Aum", again the class was differently dressed today, more flowers prasadam,Shweta Ma'am/ akka explained us what was the significance of the prasadam was all about. Again, there was some more charm added to class,like it was a celebration. Happy faces with extra energy in the air. As again, I was present to learn more, "Shanmukhi Mudra." I would like to thank Nilesh Sir/anna for guiding my path through my journey,supporting where it was needed ,as all this is really new to me.It really helped to understand these processes better, where my focus should be,etc. As the class began, Shweta Ma'am poured out her heart, explaining us the process. It's amazing how simple you make it seem ,Ma'am. We truly enjoyed the class. As usual, after every class our guru maa gave us her blessings, giving us a big mango. I've never felt happy receiving a mango before. Thank You for all your blessing, and helping us be a part of such divinity.

Thank you Nilesh anna; learning surya shakti from you was wonderful. You are kind and gentle in your way of teaching and it helped us understand the steps of the kriya easily The ambience of your yoga studio is also very beautiful and peaceful like ashram. Best wishes and pranam.

Nilesh Anna and Shweta Akka both are very supportive and caring. I enrolled for the first time for Yogasanas class with them. I never felt for a single moment that I did not know them. The program was very well structured and at a pace where everyone can imbibe the practices. They also support after the class is over through WhatsApp. I encourage everyone to start their journey with them and atleast attend one atha yoga practice program. I have been to Yoga studio Panvel and learned Surya Kriya + Surya Shakti from Nilesh anna. It was great and an amazing experience, feeling very energetic. Very nicely designed and taught by Nilesh Anna in a perfect ambience. Surya kriya and Surya Shakti gives physical as well as spiritual experience which certainly helps to grow in spiritual journey. It is not just a course but a life long learning and connection with Isha group. I forever grateful to Sadhguru for such practices and Nilesh anna too for offering in a very profound way.
