I am very thankful to SBFC for teaching me so much about exercise and healthy eating. My main goal was to get in shape, build muscle, and make exercising a regular habit. Thanks to their online workout plan and personalized advice on food, I feel better than ever before. The SBFC group keeps track of my progress and offers great support, helping me get better all the time. I have much more energy now, and I've learned to eat well with simple, healthy foods. Thank you, SBFC, for guiding me on this big change to being healthy and fit! They cleared up my misunderstandings about losing fat and losing weight - two different things. They also explained that being fit and being healthy are not the same, which was very helpful and informative.
