R G GYM changed my life, I have been here for the last four years and I changed myself physically as well as mentally. If you belong here, you will be the physically and mentally strong. Trainer starts with improving mental strength along side physical strength. Talking about trainers, they are well experienced and professionals. They are encourage you, support you, motivate you & push you up. They'll help you to get independent ppositiveattitude person. Speaking about the GYM : There is plenty of space inside and outside the gym with fresh and positive enthusias environment. Also GYM have awesome interior design! Inspirational thoughts and paintings are neat painted on walls, Whenever you look at the thoughts and paintings, they always motivate and energize. Basically because of discipline all gym members doing their own workouts without doing any kind of extravagance. The gym has all kinds of equipments and machineries. Good hardwork, well discipline and proper nutrition knowledge will make you more healthier, more stronger and more confident. I have learned a lots of here I cannot complete in few lines..! Excellent gym in the area...

RG gym health club is combined gym of male and female..then we will think , will it be okay ? Will it be secure? ...will it be uncomfortable?....but u can be assure with that ! Environment of gym is very nice and happy ! Trainers are also experienced & cooperative and friendly behaviour !! " They will help u to achieve our goal ". Gym is full of positive vibes , only we have to keep patience & consistency!!

Energetic ambiance with variety and ample of equipments makes a great workaholic environment .The enthusiasm of the trainers here definitely pumps us and helps us to work harder. Great ventilated spaceBeing regular to the gym and following the diet planned by the trainer has definitely helped me to loose my weight and I have already started with building the muscles.

Best gym, Experienced and excellent trainers.good gym atmosphere, worth going, trainers are motivating and supportive, gym has lots of space, i also individual training programs individuals can workout without getting distraction and disturbance. Individual training programs, should try Once!

Best gym in area.. it's also in budget.. with awesome personal training, personally find it easy to be consistent with my workouts at RG gym.. Really friendly trainer who push you to your limit every session..

I have been there since 8-9 years. I have developed my personality here. This gym has huge space, that don't have any other gym in that area, gym trainers are very friendly and supportive. It is like home to me ..this gym is my weak point .....
