Dumbbells here ranges from 2.5kg to 50kg which is pretty awesome, Best for Just Fitness people to the Hardcore Bodybuilder. Trainer here are good, The Owner Himself Rajesh Sir being a well know coach and bodybuilder himself keep a close look on each and everything and immediately corrects someone who is exercising. I have visited many classy as well as local gyms but trust me this one is at another level itself.! Would recommend 100%.
