was a regular member at F3 Gym for over 2 years and have witnessed all its renovation phases. Unfortunately, while the gym had potential in the beginning, it has significantly gone downhill over time.
The most disappointing aspect is the owner's attitude -- extremely arrogant and unapproachable. Instead of motivating members, he often demotivates them and constantly boasts about being the best in the gym, which creates a very negative environment.
Some of the best trainers, who actually made the gym worth going to, have left and joined other fitness centers. The weight training area lacks proper interior and maintenance -- sometimes the AC doesn't work, and the lighting is poorly placed, often shining directly in your eyes while working out.
The functional training studio is the only decent part left, but it's not enough to make up for the overall poor experience. My entire family had memberships here, but we've all moved on to better gyms with more professional staff and well-maintained facilities.
Would not recommend -- there are much better options in the city.

Gym is Amazing and it truly lives up to its name when it comes to its workout. Trainers are very good they make sure you are trained well and you do workout with proper techniques. All the trainers are cooperative and they teach you proper techniques & stretches. To be specific Arvind sir teaches you best technique for workout and also stretches to avoid pains and injury.Their functional batch is the best. One of the best gym so far according to me. Highly recommend this gym to everyone specially the ones who haven't done any workout in their entire life.
