Cardioday special saturday has been given to weekly plan Routine cards and diet plans are planned as per members requirements.

This gym is really terrible. There is no cleanliness at all. It's not ventilated at all, and there's a strange foul smell. It was a big mistake to pay money for this gym. The machines are very old and broken. It's nothing like what they show online or try to portray. Please, if you don't want to fall sick, don't come here.
