This gym is really terrible. There is no cleanliness at all. It's not ventilated at all, and there's a strange foul smell. It was a big mistake to pay money for this gym. The machines are very old and broken. It's nothing like what they show online or try to portray. Please, if you don't want to fall sick, don't come here.

Joined this gym 8 weeks ago, never really gained results in a gym before have to say the results and transformation I have achieved so far are amazing.
The coaching staff are professional, friendly and patient. I must be the most uncoordinated person and they persevere to ensure I complete exercises correctly.
Not only are the coaching staff but the fellow gym members make this the most proactive and fun place to train.
