Smith's Muscle Garage -- My Experience (Joined August 2025) I joined Smith's Muscle Garage on 5th August 2025 and have been very consistent with my workouts since then. To make the most of the facilities, I always trained during non-peak hours (post 8:30 am in the morning or after 8:30 pm in the evening), which kept the floor spacious and comfortable. The equipment is extremely well-maintained and fully functional. The owner, being a professional bodybuilder himself, takes great care of the gym and ensures that everything stays in top condition. His own background in bodybuilding reflects in the way he manages and guides trainees. I opted for Personal Training (PT), and thanks to his structured guidance combined with my consistency, I began to see visible and considerable results within just 8 weeks. Initially, we started with circuit training for 2 weeks, then moved on to a 5-day split workout targeting different body parts. At present, my routine consists of 8 exercises with 25 repetitions each, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Overall, it has been a fantastic journey so far. I strongly recommend Smith's Muscle Garage to all fitness enthusiasts--both men and women--who are serious about improving their health, strength, and physique in a disciplined and motivating environment.

Not a single gym can match the vibe of what SMG has. The cleanliness, ambience, and machines that never lets you stop, says everything about it. Being a content creator, the on point lighting and class apart mirrors make my videos aesthetically pleasing. I enjoy being in the gym for 2 hours working out and shooting content.
