AVOID. The experience at Sangam Hotel was a complete letdown. The food was not good; it was significantly overly sweet, and they appeared to use one base gravy for multiple dishes. Adding insult to injury, the price was too high for this extremely poor quality. Furthermore, the hotel premises were substandard, and while the staff was polite, the actual service was poor. Save your money and look elsewhere.
We stopped for "quick lunch", got the table quickly than expected, but service on table like taking order and providing basic services like water and table cleaning is not satisfactory. Simple order like Rice took very long time.
I stayed at Hotel Sangam, Karad for 3 days and had a truly wonderful experience. This is one of the best hotels in the area -- a well-maintained property with excellent facilities and outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really stood out throughout my stay. Whether it was room service, reception, or the restaurant team -- everyone was professional and courteous. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with all basic amenities taken care of. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance -- perfect for rest after a long day. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, and great for relaxation or keeping up with your routine. The food served at the hotel is delicious, with a good variety of options and quick service. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated and easy to access. It's ideal for both business travelers and families. Spending 3 days here was relaxing and hassle-free, and I genuinely enjoyed my time. Highly recommended if you're visiting Karad -- Hotel Sangam offers comfort, cleanliness, and great service all under one roof. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
Never stayed here but have been at the restaurant. Nice food and the most important thing is they have very clean toilets which are lacking at almost all highway restaurants.
We went for dinner on May 31, 2025 at 10.00 PM. Extremely slow response for cleaning the table, taking order. Also, the captain was not helping us in selecting the menu. It took more than 35 minutes for serving the food. Veg Manchurian was extremely poorly prepared. Pithale was rich in salt. Veg fried rice was not properly cooked. Overall, we were extremely unhappy by visiting this hotel.
