To be considered truly fit, one must develop a well-rounded fitness profile that encompasses strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, and balance, which goes beyond the typical gym focus on strength or weight loss. the fitness bar looks after all these aspects of physical training. For me this is how a well rounded gym should be which cover all the aspects of physical fitness. Trainers are also courteous. Highly recommend. The only con is their timings, the gym is not working whole day which might not suitabale for some of your schedules.
