The best place for workout in town! To be honest when I had joined the gym I wasn't sure if I would be able to cope up with the workout thing as I didn't have much strength. But I was wrong, the trainer there is an absolute expert in this field, he gave a schedule that was best suitable for me and it did wonders! Now my body has gained strength and inshallah the muscles will follow soon... (ps: the equipments here are top-notch )

I found this gym very helpful, encouraging and non-judgemental. I would definitely recommend specially ladies join this gym,you can workout in abaya too,lady trainer is available she is very well trained but warm and friendly.I learned a lot and enjoyed the movement.
