I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the false commitment made to me at the time of joining your gym. When I paid the one-year membership fee, I specifically asked whether the air conditioning (AC) would be available during my preferred workout time in the afternoon. At that time, your staff clearly stated that the AC operates from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, even if there is only one person in the gym. However, the very next day when I came for my workout, the AC was off. When I inquired, your team responded that "this is not the time to keep AC on." This is misleading and unfair. If AC was included in the membership offering and promised during registration, it should be available as committed. This kind of false promise after collecting full payment is fraudulent behavior and highly unprofessional.

I am disappointed with my experience at this gym, mainly due to the behaviour of the afternoon shift trainer. He is not polite and does not treat all members equally. 1. When I requested a song change, he rudely replied, "We are not DJ operators." However, I have seen him accommodate others without issue. 2. He asked me not to bring my shoes to the reception, but I have noticed that he does not say anything when others do the same. 3. Instead of assisting members with exercises, he is often busy talking to the receptionist. When I asked for help with a workout, he was not helpful. Because of these reasons, I am giving a lower rating. The gym should ensure that all members are treated with respect and that trainers focus on assisting people rather than engaging in unnecessary conversations.

It's a good gym if we consider area wise (kalyan) Cleanliness is on point. If you ask for help from trainers for general training, they'll surely help. Owner is very professional. No issues with equipments. Fees is decent considering all the points above.
