Zero zero rating for customer experience. The gym might be decent but the management is just a no no. My friend wanted to join gym so we paid the amount for a month membership and due to some reasons she couldn't join so 2 days later I asked them that could you either refund 20% or 30% of the money or transfer the money to my membership so that I can extend my membership. They kept on saying we'll do and they never did. The rules mentioned that membership cannot be cancelled but there was no mention about it is not transferable. Even all of this was okay but they kept texting me about rejoining the gym by paying entire fees for new membership. I said I am not interested in any business that picks money like mere 1700 over customer satisfaction /experience / loyalty nothing. They chose money over their name which is fine by me. They don't respect you and even after telling them not to text me regarding renewing gym membership they have audacity to ask me the same thing again and again more like mocking me. I've been to couple of gyms before and this was the worst never experienced this before and never will again. This review may or may not make a difference but I just wanted to make sure these guys do not get away easy with what they did.
