The trainer is truly amazing, is really very punctual ,obedient and consistent ,she pays personal attention to everyone in the batch apart from that she's really very knowledgeable about tricks and techniques for weight loss or when your muscles pain! A good motivator too and friendly ! I saw difference within just 2 & a half month ,waiting to continue more and lose more
