Driven by the fascination of watching UFC I joined brawlers 8 months ago, best part of being a part of this team is that we don't compromise on training, the conditioning drills here are so good that you tend to recover swiftly. The maximum amount of calories burnt in a gym while doing cardio or weight training is 400-500 in 60 minutes, whereas you burn 1000-1300 calories in those 60 minutes while training for MMA. Best part was the only Indian to reach UFC Sir Bharat Khandare is associated to this team because of which i got a chance to fight while he was the judge. Last but not the least my gratitude to Abhijeet Sir the head coach of brawlers, we couldn't have wished for a better training.

Before the course even began, I regretted my choice since I didn't think I could finish, but my coach gave me confidence and helped me do well. It also infuriated me. You're capable of it. I may now admit that I believe he was correct. He also says, "Pehle istamaal kro phir vishwas karo!" every time. And even though I only started for a month, I'm glad I decided to stick with it for a full year. I can notice improvements in myself as a result of receiving quality training.
