Honest Review for My Fitness Club I've been a member of this fitness club from last 6 Months and I can confidently say it's one of the best in the city. It's a unisex gym equipped with all the essential fitness instruments required for a complete workout--whether you're a beginner or advanced. The gym offers incredible value for money, with very reasonable fees, probably among the lowest in the city. One of the biggest plus points is no time restriction--you can work out at your own pace, whenever it suits you. Though it's located underground, the owner has ensured excellent ventilation. There are proper exhaust fans that are maintained and operated regularly, so even though it's a non-AC gym, I've never felt any discomfort or suffocation. The trainer is very knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable. He provides special attention to members with physical challenges, such as frozen shoulder or post-accident physiotherapy--free of cost, which is a rare and commendable gesture. I highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about improving their health and fitness. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or just stay active, this place has everything you need in a positive and encouraging environment.
