Over the past four days, I had the opportunity to attend yoga classes, and it was a truly refreshing experience. Each session offered a perfect blend of physical challenge and mental relaxation. At first, I struggled a bit with flexibility and balance, but by the second day, I started noticing small improvements. The instructor(Respected Sir) was encouraging and created a calming atmosphere that made it easy to stay motivated. I especially enjoyed practicing deep breathing and simple flow sequences, which helped clear my mind and relieve stress. Overall, the experience left me feeling more energized, centered, and excited to continue incorporating yoga into my daily routine.
