The place is good and very spacious. We did play cricket and enjoying yes walks. Rooms are good and the view of sunrise and moonrise is great... Full marks for the property, location, the view and the amazing service.. The staff is very helpful and polite.
We had a lovely stay at Presidency Highland Resort recently, with great rooms with quirky decor and wonderful views. The breakfast buffets were excellent, with a variety of Maharashtrain food dishes, and we also enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. Above all, we couldn't have asked for better service -- pleasant, helpful staff. A special shout out to Sagar ,who was unfailingly smiling and ready to serve.
Superb experience !! Presidency Highland resort is situated at very good location, big property, spacious room and very good service (visited last week) Lovely wishes and thanks to Mr. Vikram singh (resort manager), the person is very humble and supported us in everything at the resort. Thanks travedise world co. (mubarak and kanchi) for booking our holiday in this beautiful resort.
Spacious but poorly maintained property. No Clean linen provided, replacement not available, they might be seeing the laundry once a quarter. Untidy kitchen, with nearly no food options. No staff, the entire property is being managed by just 3-4 people(out of which 1 is a manager and the other a chef/cook). Rooms are due for an upgrade.
