APC GYM

This gym offers a great perk with its flexible operating hours; the fact that they sometimes stay open until 11 PM is a huge benefit for my evening schedule. However, there is a clear opportunity for improvement in management communication regarding early closing times. I usually plan my workouts around 8:30 PM, and I've been frustrated twice this month after showing up only to find the gym unexpectedly closing earlier (like 9 PM). Occasional changes are understandable, but the lack of timely notification is disruptive. I strongly recommend using the existing WhatsApp group to communicate these changes clearly and well in advance, ensuring all members are aware and don't miss their planned workout sessions. Overall, it's a decent facility, but improved communication would make the member experience much better.

All the gym equipment is available and the facility is fully air-conditioned, but none of the AC units are turned on. The air conditioning is poorly maintained, and the gym equipment is smelly and unhygienic. Reply** I posted this review to suggest improvements for your gym, not to get in touch with the owner. It's your responsibility to take feedback seriously and act on it, not redirect me to someone else.
