Pros: five trainers are there for guidence and mostly all equipments are available. Cons: Sometimes too many members are there so we can't do exercises properly and that time trainers are also busy. Otherwise it's one of the best gym in gondia if you want to join this go in morning shift there is less crowd available as compared to evening shift.

Here they have proper sections for each workout. The trainers will guide us very well if we approach them. The owner of the gym is very humble men. I workout there regularly.
