Well satisfied with the personal training by Kedar Sharnagat Sir(certified fitness trainer) I got very good results in strength training and fat loss...one thing very special here for girls seprate area for comfortability to doing cardio nd floor workout....must go there for excellent result ...nd special for Personal training....Gold's Gym is the the best gym in gondia....
