It's being a month I am taking this online yoga sessions initially before enrolling I had doubts whether it will work for me or not? But now I can say, this yoga is a must for your body and especially from mental health, I am a writer so I am very exhausted mentally but right now I feel nice after yoga...The good thing about it you do excercise it's a bit tiring but not exhausting you feel rejuvenated after yoga...No matter what your goal in fitness is I feel yoga is must...Also Jayesh is very kind though we have enrolled for group sessions but he make sure to give attention to everyone, I am having gap in my neck in C4 & C5 section so he always take care of this also every week there is new set of asans or the excercise he makes us do, so it's not like that we do same workout everyday!!...I have also lost 4kgs and few inches.
