TFC GYM

TFC Gym has potential, but my experience was far from satisfactory. While the equipment is decent and covers the basics, the overall maintenance of the gym leaves much to be desired. Some machines were out of order, and it didn't feel like they were being repaired anytime soon. The cleanliness was another issue--both the workout area and the changing rooms could be better maintained. The staff didn't seem very attentive or helpful either, which was disappointing. It's an okay gym if you're looking for something basic, but it definitely needs improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and service to justify its pricing and attract more regular users.

One of the most well equipped and affordable gyms in town. The trainers are well qualified and professional. They pay attention to every single aspect of your workout. From the main workout to stretching. If you want to get personal training, I recommend getting it from Mr. Rajesh Nair. He has detailed knowledge about the stimulation of every single muscle and nerve. I've been a member for almost a year now and have seen improvements not only in my physical but also my mental health.

AFC gym is amazing. Amazing facility, Well equipped and great environment. Good service and well mannered people. Your training sessions are challenging but incredibly rewarding. Thank you for pushing me beyond my limits. Many gym taking fees and not giving training session except their PT member but here you can have valuable guidance from the Rajesh Sir and Ravi sir. I would suggest everyone to join here and take training to get more fit and healthy life.

Located heart of city, it's a well equipped gym. Trainers are well aware of the workout plans given to individuals and they update it on record card properly if you seek their guidance and listen to them. No force to join PT sessions. No time pass, group talks entertained. Keen eye on everyone's workout. personally I am happy to join AFC gym.

Gym equipment are well featured. All the trainers and the personal trainers are very polite and give correct attention and the guidance. As I have lost my weight about 13 kg in last few months . The environment of gym is too motivates .

Best place for workout . Gym location is near by station . Equipments quility is very good. The trainers are knowledgeable who are always guiding and keeps us motivated. Kudos to the management for ensuring that there is never a dull session and always looking to improve and providing the top-notch service!

Afc gym is one of the well equipped and affordable gym in Dombivli. All Trainers are specially well trained and one of them is Rajesh Sir his efforts are excellent to make me fit and strong its my personal experience Rajesh Sir really care for the fitness his tips for nutrition and diet is amazing....
