Gym is really good & all types of machines are available here. cardio & cross fit sections are too good.

A very nice gym with good equipments and certified trainers. Machines are state of the art and well maintained. I have been going for 6 months now and see a positive change in my physique. The only problem is during evenings it gets a little too crowded for my liking and you end up waiting for your turn to use equipment. There is a separate area for CrossFit and yoga. Well designed and spaces are well utilised I highly recommend for people staying in Ganesh Nagar and Kumbarkhanpada.

One stop shop for all the fitness freaks out there. It has got a separate cross fit section, a yoga section which in the evening turns into a mix martial arts section, a steam bath is also available on additional charge per sitting. There are good personal trainers to help you out. Nice music along with fitness and music videos are playing during the gym. AC gym. Has got cardio. There are well maintained jerai equipment's in the gym.

Good, spacious, varities of equipments, no rush, no need to wait anytime due to alternate machines available for same variation. Good weights. Advance machines. Nice gym manager n reception guy
