It is a place of worship you shed your weaknesses and come out stronger. That is how it works for me. It gives me an adrenaline boost. At the end of my workout, I feel happy and pumped. The endomorphine feels so good, everyday it is like an addiction, you drug yourself. But this drug doesn't actually destroy you but it makes you stronger.
