Equipment wise it's a recommendable but there is not a single trainer who dedicated to boy or man. Trainers are mostly focusing on girls and PT person. So, if you are the one who did a gym before then you can join without hesitation.

It's an absolute best gym for beginners and intermidiate as well with reasonable membership fees. They have set up quality machines and equipment of Being strong. Also, the vibes and the ambience is pretty good. Go give it a try, good luck.
