Please do not go if you really want to lose weight. I had a terrible experience. I paid for a gym membership and trainer for three months, only to regret it later. No diet was provided, and there was no motivational push or engagement. I was self-motivated, which is why things were good for the first month, but then my money was wasted for the next two months. I tried to change my schedule, but there was no help from the trainers. The trainer was good for only one month, and after that, he stopped paying attention. He would do his own workout during my sessions, and in return, he gave me a few extra minutes, which was not helpful because the workout I did in one hour, I could do in 20 minutes. Kept me waiting for long. I kept requesting more workout in the meantime, but the trainer kept saying it was harmful for my health. My wedding got spoiled but I had 3 months in my hand and I could have lost atleast 8-10kgs. I regret wasting my money on such place. Usually the trainers are paid for motivation and push for workout - It was the reverse scenario--I was pushing my trainer to train me. Talking about the Gym - The hygiene was very poor; the washrooms were horrible, they didn't turn on the AC, and they didn't allow you to keep the fans on when you were not in the area. The ventilation was bad.

Fitness plus gym has completely exceeded my expectations. I was member of this gym for more than 2 years. The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming, making it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. The staff is incredibly supportive, always ready to offer advice or a friendly word of encouragement. The gym is equipped with the latest machines, a variety of weights, and plenty of space for functional training..
