Trainers are not good as they should. Almost all types of workout machines available. Have 2 treadmill so haven't any option to wait. Evening time is crowdy so you have to wait min 2 hrs for your workout till the que over.

Very casual attitude of personal trainers... Inspite of taking personal trainer for training, I had to ask for diet multiple times but always promised of tomorrow and then forget it... Had to remind again.. And again and never got it... No proper Management Atmosphere

Nice place but u ll get trained only if u have personal trainer otherwise don't expect much from trainers .
