640 gym trainer matters

I recently joined 640 Gym, and so far, it's been a great experience. The trainers here are really knowledgeable and supportive, which makes workouts more effective and enjoyable. They guide you properly, ensuring you're doing the exercises correctly, which I really appreciate as a beginner. The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary machines and tools, so you can easily focus on your fitness goals. However, the one downside is that there's no AC, which can make workouts a bit uncomfortable, especially during the hotter days. Overall, it's a solid gym with great trainers and equipment. If they could add air conditioning, it would make the experience even better!

640 Gym, Dombivli - where your motivation goes to die! Machines that creak louder than your joints, trainers who act like you're invisible, and cleanliness that could give horror movies a run for their money. I paid for a fitness experience and got a frustration package instead. Trainers hardly pay attention unless you're paying extra for personal training, and even then, the guidance is below average. If you ever want to learn the art of patience (and disappointment), this gym is your best teacher. 10/10 would not recommend!

Absolutely pathetic gym, gym owner will shift gym location and ask you to pay extra absolute no sense of business and no respect towards customers unhygienic as well nobody cleans the sweaty benches after exercises

By far the best facility around. This is undoubtedly the best and still reasonably priced for what you get. It's always better to pay at gym and be healthy instead of paying for illness arising due to bad health, right?? Very neatly maintained gym. Great place to workout with flexible timings and excellent equipments. Comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. It's located in the heart of the city which is easily accessible from Dombivli or Thakurli/ Kalyan. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. You will find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music which create a perfect workout environment. Plus, I seen multiple people in the gym with bad injuries like slip disk and osteoporosis who are in need of physio, walk back with renewed strength and energy. I am very impressed with the gym and the coaches. Day to day well planned workout plans makes you feel more Energetic and Enthusiastic to join the session .640 Gym makes you feel extraordinary about yourself. If you are consistent and follow the diet then you will see the results like a magic. Highly recommended if you wanna achieve your fitness goals

One of the worst gym ngl no air conditioner nothing + no space in the gym so suffocating

I've been a member in this gym since 2018-19, for me the ambience of the gym is the best part. Apart from that the staff and trainers are friendly and amazing. The gym is well equipped with essential equipment .
