Mrs.pranita Dhamnaskar started yoga in 1995. She completed her qualification in B.A-marathi at D.B.J.College,yoga & personal GYM trainer at the Mumbai D'souza Academy. Mrs.pranita is awarded for State Social Award . The gym was established in 2010. Our dynamic Mrs.pranita dhamnaskar dared to dream and had the courage to follow her's dreams, that dream became reality as JAY SHREE GYM & YOGA AEROBIC CENTER. The instructor is very soft-spoken and friendly, which made it easier to approach her with any doubts. Jay shree ladies gym is one of the best gym in chiplun . Gym trainer Mrs.Pranita mam is excellent trainer.She is also too caring & lovable. This gym helped to keep me healthy & fit .
