I have been attending Renuka madam's yoga class for the past 3 months and it has been a life-changing experience. I feel more energetic, sleep better, and even got relief from period cramps. Her sessions are a mix of yoga and cardio, and she gives personal attention to everyone. She also gives proper diet tips to follow for best results, I followed them and it really helped. The daily pranayama helped me manage stress, control anger and improve focus. She is very patient, knowledgeable and motivating but also keeps us disciplined. I've already recommended her to others.
