The gym is huge, all the equipment is new and maintained, except the forearm machine..
The staff is helpful and friendly.
Only here the gents changing room is very dirty, there is a constant smell of urinal, there is no ventilation.
But the best part of this gym is the terrace area where there is a crossfit workout and a diet kitchen.

Good gym but as a foreigner I believe I got ill from the water dispenser there. Not 100% that I got it from there but it's the only thing I can think of that I had dodgy that day. Again good gym but maybe watch the water dispenser as a foreigner

Prime and decent gym in kranti chowk area. With passing time the equipment needs an upgrade now.
Frequent AC failures leads to very uncomfortable workout sessions, further The gym has no exhaust fans nor regular fans makes the situation suffocating.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Customer relationship Management is prompt and active in engaging in clients and customers who visit the first time or regulars alike. I feel at home in the gym. The ambiance of the gym is very good, even if you do not work out its a very good spot to relax and enjoy the day in the open gym area. Sporting outdoor events like trekking and camping once in a while its a good place to explore and move out from your comfort zone.
Trainers here are very well trained And experienced in all aspects. They provide guidence according to your needs and preferences. From body transformation, fat loss, endurance training to basic fitness and mobility all trainers provide good support from day one.
DFC Gym is the city's most renowned gyms. I have been visiting for 6 months now.I highly recommend this gym.
