I've been training at this gym for a few months now this is best gym in my area with a decent crowd. The workout space is well maintained, clean, well-ventilated & spacious with a great layout. The gym community over alfa is very supporrtive, motivating & very creative with their ig content. The equipments are modified, well maintained & modern and there's a wide range to choose from, whether you're into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts. And speaking about the personal training staff, The trainers over alfa are not only knowledgeable but also approachable and motivating. They make sure u are not overwhelmed but challenged and motivated. They will always have an ear on ur prblm, personal gym goals or fitness target.
