Just a few minutes away from city, I stayed here for two days, staff members are very polite and co operative, service is also good. Unlimited Complimentary breakfast quality is also very good. I was stayed in room numbar 204 .Very nice view' And fresh and natural air from windows. Felt happy.
A stay (not) to remember! This was my 2nd time visit to this hotel, but sadly it was such a bad experience that I had to change the hotel midway. 1. Booked my room at least a month ago, and confirmed it over phone 2 weeks before arrival date, only to find out upon arrival (at 9 PM) that the booking hasn't been taken and hence I had to opt for whatever room was available. 2. The room wasn't ready. The bedsheet had black spots, the pillow cover was dirty. The bathroom had tap and shower knob broken. Had to call the repair guy right at 10 PM to repair those. It took 4 people for them to repair two simple shower knob and taps, who came 4-5 times one by one to check what has happened and repair them. All the time I had no option other than sitting blankly because the room had no water because of those problem. Ultimately the repair was done by 11.30 PM. 3. AC in the room works only at 24degC, neither up nor down. The other switches simply don't work. 4. As I slept, suddenly doorbell rang at 5.30 AM as the hotel guys wanted to confirm if my flash was leaking!!! This was my worst experience and beyond all my expectations. I was tired, had to go to work the next morning and this type of incident simply broke the patience. 5. Even though the reception guys stay there 24x7, you ask for something (like water bottle, toothpaste, tea bag), you have to call at least 2-3 times to get them in your hand. 6. I had booking for 4 nights, but such experience left me with no option other than changing my hotel after 2 nights and hence had to opt for new hotel for the other 2 nights. 7. The only silver lining was the restaurant. All the foods (pure veg) were good and tasty. It's like the only good thing in the hotel. However breakfast included options should be enhanced. They offer hardly 1-2 times in breakfast and the quality is not good also. Overall, a stay not to remember. This was earlier a good hotel no doubt. But currently the status has remarkably gone down. Very pathetic stay.
