I have been going to Vtc gym since 3-4 months and I have lost many inches and 3-4 kg weight throughout..and it's only due to well maintained gym and the well trained and helpful trainers therefore I highly recommend it...

Not too much good gym because here equipments are not sanitized after workouts and AC are also leaking and many AC are not also working I know that fees are less but according to fees facilities are also low like 2 kg dumbbell feel like only 1 kg and dumbbell grips are also poor ,some machines are freeze during workout Overall for budget good gym but if you budget is 6k to 7 k then find some other gym
