A perfect place for fitness! Have been working out here for a few weeks now. Love the place and vibe. Anant Sir and Anuradha Ma'am both are great and professional trainers. They always help in achieving the correct form, posture and techniques. Love to work out under their guidance. The environment here is very chill and the members concentrate in work out, this push us to feel motivated to do everyday a better work out. All equipments are very new, unique and clean. The best gym in Boisar. I have worked out in this gym for a year and by far it was one of the best and life changing experience of my life. I had to quit because I moved to other city. I again joined new gym but the experience was not same as Shreekapeesh school of strength and fitness. The main trainer Anant sir not only motivates you to try new exercise but is also competent enough to explain you the logic and purpose of the exercise which is rare in the other gym trainers. This gym was worth money and time.

Nice gym with an extremely helpful trainers who guides you to the path of fitness and body building by naturally.They really focus on our fitness achievements and helps to improve further. Just the gym seems crowded 6-8:30p.m
