Detailed review - Well equipped gym with almost all kind of exercising machines and equipments needed in fitness training. Treadmills, cycling, bench press, dumbbells set, etc whatever is needed everything is present here and that too in working condition. Professional trainers and nutritionist are present for guidance. Personal trainer is also provided. Monthly fees - Rs 1000 per month, Rs 2500 for 3 months, etc. Around 4-5k Rs per month for training from personal trainer. Not too much crowded, limited people all time. Flexible operating hours, go anytime of the day. Ample parking space for both cars and bikes. Separate changing rooms for gents and ladies, steam bath available. One can simply join and start training himself. Well maintained place, time to time servicing of machines, cleanliness followed everywhere.

Gym is very good,they have all the equipments but the female trainer Pooja is not good ,she doesn't train properly. She trained me with 25 kg weight ( I told her that I am new and joined gym for first time) lower limb on my 5 th day and my knee got injured. I had to take medicines for 2 months for my knee. Trainer fees is also high(it is 5000 ruppee)
