This gym is best when come in offer they have a all basic equipment but there trainer is best it will lead u until u didn't talk about form especially for me trainer i like and u have already plan for u in this gym men told to do mix 2 week than u follow your routine but for me i do 1 week that I go for strength training and don't listen everyone advice .and u are your own trainer
