Hi I am a part of this beautiful classes that has certainly changed some part of my life for good. The yoga session are so good I certainly cannot put in words rather you have experience it youself. I love how all the classes are so well planned and different at the same time. If I miss one class I really regret it, that's how much I love being part of it. It has a good mix of meditation and strength training yoga asanas. I have also seen very good changes in my strength, energy levels and positive outlook in life. Recently we celebrated Women's Day I have shared some pictures of the same. The celebration was so liberating like all the womens coming together talking about themselves. You will see all the smiles in the picture everyone of us were so happy from heart. Had great time and really hope more people could experience this in their life. Thank you Bhairavi for everything

Under the guidance of a Skillful and Expert Teacher / Mentor Bhairavi Madam, who is having personal attention on students for perfection of various moves / poses, detailed information about each postures / Yoga Asanas, detailing each pose by focus on pressing your hands or feets into the floor, lengthening your spine and relaxing your hips etc, daily doubts clearing, Monthly reviews session help us to measure / improve our own progress. Really very good place to start your Yoga Journey. 19.03.24 It's almost a year of Journey with Yoga with Bhairavi Madam, and can see the vast difference/ changes within self, apart from Good Health and immunity @age of 47, Yoga helped to Build Bone Density, Gain Strength and Stamina, Improved Flexibility, Reduce Stress, Relaxation through various types of Meditation, Breathing Exercises.......most important part of this class is the variations in Yoga Exercises which provide unique benifits to the Body is enhancing mobility and flexibility, as well a range of motion. I can feel a specialness while doing Yoga with Bhairavi Madam as utmost care being taken care by Bhairavi Madam personally to reach to any problems / difficulties / Queries. We have Entertainment activities, Cultural and Special Day Celebration in our Class arranged by Bhairavi Madam, which includes Yoga Games session, Short distance Trek, Cultural activities like Mahashivratri Meditation and Chants, Special Day Celebration like Yoga Day, Mens and Women's Day Celebration etc, which Rejuvenate mind and body. This is one of my best decision to join Bhairavi's Yoga class. Full of positivity. Our yoga Guru Bhairavi is very supportive, very understanding. Feel very connected and have met many lovely people here. Fun games, competition, festive celebration are highlights of this place. Flexibility is improving day by day.

My immune system is weak and I am allergic to dust. The doctor said to join a yoga class. I joined Yogasana in Bhairavi yoga class on 10th January 2024. I had constant colds due to allergies and had to take cold pills all the time. I haven't taken a single pill since joining the class. Madam teaches yoga very well. When I go to class there is a lot of positive energy. Madam explains yoga very well to everyone.Competitions are also held in class to find out how much strength you have. A truly great place to start your yoga journey.
