Mr Shailesh Acharya is an amazing trainer he is the soul of place, and very well versed with postures techniques and brings back home all the quality of an international trainer in a localised gym.. he is quite knowledgeable in diet, training programmes, weight training and powerlifting. I have enjoyed being trained by him and every session I have worked out in the gym I look forward to my leg days, deadlifts and hitting the gym almost 4 times a week :) its been an amazing journey and I am glad he had managed the gym and his journey in fitness so well
