Better than most of the gyms in badlapur, trainers are good and they help when asked, equipments are limited but fine enough for normal workouts, it's worth going there.

Professional trainer who provides precise attention personally @Kaustabh Sawant. Flexible in terms of timings also,if there is sudden change in schedule of yours during weekend. ie Saturdays still he will support in terms of training. Gym ambience and equipments are up to the mark. Also the gym timings are 6am to 10 pm so make it comfortable for the busy schedule people. Only drawback is limited parking.

Compare with other Gym this is the right place for workout. Will get good help from Trainer

Edit 1 - They have changed the name of the gym. But managing people are same. Avoid it. Joined this gym for 3 months. The gym is well equipped but equipments are slightly older in condition. I had bad experience of personal training from owner of the gym (No proper scheduling, random exercise instructions). Would advice to take personal training from other trainers or look for other gyms in vicinity.

I have been in this gym for about 3 months now and for my first experience of a gym it was perfect. Everyone in the gym is very respectful to one another and there is equipment for everything you need. The general trainers would be the best you can get as they are very motivating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this gym to everyone looking to start and improve themselves.
