Nice place to workout.
Good things about alpha are,
1.Great equipments set up i have seen.
2. Spic and Span in terms of cleanliness. Best.
3. The Air conditioner are at very decent height and trainers always ensure to keep it at a very comfotable temp of 24, gym got fans too. The overall volume of the gym room doesnt make one feel crumbled. Well designed and spacious overall, with comfort and flexibility.
4. Quality of dumbells is top notch.
5. Gym is open till 11pm ,which is a major major plus point.
Suggestive Areas of improvement,
1. Changing rooms shiuld be better ventilated, and should hv been away from washrooms. Both are very close by,personally not very comfortable.
2. T bar, hiit rope and couple of more things could be added.
3. Tv screen could make a lot of difference.
4. Songs can be changed daily.
Overall a very good ,clean, spacious, well designed gym with mindblowing experience
