Cult Gym Lokhandwala | Gym in Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai

Overall just average to get a quick workout in. The building is very old and the lift takes 10 mins to come as staircase is blocked. and the gym is not clean enough, there is dust around the treadmills and equipment is not sanitised as frequently. Toilets are not that clean. Not much space around the weights to do your workout without bumping with people and staff who keep going in the store room. Cult subscription is not worth it anymore..

I am not happy with this center or just cult in total. I'm a member since 3 years now. I don't expect much from staff, but when something unwanted happens and when the staff needs to intervene, I have never been helped by back or front staff. I had current issue of stolen slippers because we have to put out slippers outside before entering into gym. On Sunday morning the slippers went missing, I reported immediately and emailed as asked because cult fit works only on emails despite full fledged staff in front. A special note, many a times center mangers will not be of any help or available. When you go back hand you're always told to wait and told that they are not responsible for the items stolen. So the thing is I'm being asked to bring my slippers and there is no one who could see the camera and tell me who might have took the slippers. It's only common sense to help the legit cases. I have been unhappy with cult for many other reasons but have been a member because it's affordable with clean floors. That's all. If you can buy any other membership go ahead. It's not that you can do all 5 forms of workouts at all the places with your membership. You will use only an hour near your home. Whatever they tell you to buy because you will get so many forms of workouts and at any place, it's all not practical for a human to use in their hours cycle. So buy something what you can use. And if someone has seen or taken these slippers, you can submit these on Lokhandwala gym, please. I have also put the official reply of customer support for reference. Like once it's gone it gone. Why are there so many cameras around. This is the only reason they are there for. I have never resolved anything in this gym ever. I don't know why I expected from one gym who was handling customers well but well they didn't. I am just so disappointed I had to write this long review. It's not just about losing these slippers, it's about why are there people rules cameras.

Spacious and clean gym, with a full fledged machine line up and good quality equipments. Polite staff.
