One of the Finest Gyms in Ambernath! This gym stands out for its well-maintained equipment and a clean, motivating environment. Every machine is in top-notch condition, and the space is equipped with everything you need for a full-body workout. A special mention goes to my personal trainer, Sanket. He is incredibly knowledgeable, disciplined, dedicated, and focused. Sanket pays close attention to each trainee, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries. He not only tailors the workouts to your goals but also provides a well-structured diet plan to support your progress. His commitment and work ethic truly set him apart. No no to this gym I had joined but no respect of mine. The trainer SAI is very rude and has no respect for elders. I complained him to the owner but on the contrary to say sorry SAI rudely behaved me. They don't have the courtesy and if they does ill treatment to their clients they will loose their business.

One of the best gym in Ambernath to get your fitness goals. Trainers and owner are professional players of Body building so they also train the members with great workout and diet. Owner, trainers and staff are very helpfull. Only gents are allowed in the gym. Equipments for workout are of hygh quality which helps us to get good workout. Very well maintained place. Cardio and weight training is done as per needs of members. Fee structure is affordable and also have offers on some ocessions. Overall a great fitness centre.

Trainers are pathetic non professional and very rude.. they will discriminate if you are over weight.. i rather stay the way i am with my dignity rather can going to this place and losing myself.... I have never felt soo inhuman in my life..

I am happy to share my experience with THE FITNESS HOUSE GYM!! The ambience is very positive and I leave the Gym very happily after workout. I'm being trained by Kiran Sir and he has been very patient and helpful with my workout. Despite having many health complications past 5 months, I have recently seen great results and improvement in myself! Thank you to THE FITNESS HOUSE GYM, the owner for carrying their postive aura, all the trainers for being so helpful and supportive and other staff being so cooperative! Without all their contribution, this change would not have been possible!

Very very late review from my side. This is the gym I joined when I was fat. Kudos to Prashant sir hes a gem of a mentor very polite, Humble, friendly and he helps you to push to the extreme ability. Joining back soon after I am back to India. Special mention to Ajay sir the way he manages the members is supreme.

I am very happy to be a part of the Fitness House Gym. The gym provides a good environment for workouts. the trainers are well qualified and friendly. In 7 months, I was able to reduce 25. Kgs, with the help of my trainer Sanket sir. He has given me confidence and strength throughout. Even my thyroid issue has been rectified. A lot more to achieve. Thank you fitness house

Probably the best gym in Ambernath. Have been to various gyms in ambernath before joining here found it to be well equipped and perfect atmosphere for fitness training. Trainers are very good and gives personal attention. Equipment are well taken care off compared to other gyms. The ambiance inspires training.
