Hello Sayali Mam, We blessed with a Baby Girl on last Saturday ! My journey with SWC in fertility yoga batch & prenatal yoga was amazing !! I really want to give a Big Thanks to you & entire SWC family. I was having low AMH 0.9, 2 ectopic pregnancy, 1 chemical pregnancy, 3 failed IUI but I conceived naturally in just 2 months after joining fertility yoga & now I am overwhelmed to say that I am a Mom of cute lil Princess ! My prenatal yoga journey also helped me to stay active throughout 9 months, due to yoga practices I was able to work till the day of my delivery. All credit goes to SWC family. Good morning, My name is Gauri Mehendale. I am your prenatal + pregnancy student living in Edmonton - Canada. I have delivered my baby girl on Sep 10, 2025 with a normal vaginal delivery process. I am truly grateful that I found your instagram page and decided to start my prenatal journey to conceive naturally even though I had a miscarriage 3 years ago and lost confidence to get pregnant again and also had hormonal imbalance. Hi Sayli maam.. I delivered baby girl normally on 05-06-2025..I joined ur yoga batch in 8th month when the position of baby was breach but I did whatever u told in sessions for Normal delivery which help me to change baby's position...n finally we have our princess.. Thanks alot

I have joined Sayali ma'am's MFP 3 months back and I am seeing very positive results within just 3 months. I see changes in my period as before joining this class I was having painful periods, but now the pain during the period is low. I started feeling so positive after joining this class. Sayali ma'am's meditation practices are very helpful in this hectic and stressful lifestyle.
