SPA ME, Alibaug

I would like to share my feedback regarding a recent massage session I had at your facility, as I believe there is significant room for improvement in both the quality of service and overall customer experience. I had booked a 90-minute massage session that was advertised as a comprehensive treatment including deep tissue, acupressure, Swedish techniques, and stretching. Unfortunately, the service I received did not align with what was promised in the package description. From the outset, the session felt rushed and lacked the level of professionalism I expected. The pressure applied during the massage was extremely light--comparable to what one might expect from an untrained individual--and did not resemble deep tissue or acupressure techniques in any meaningful way. The stretching component was also minimal and lacked the structure and therapeutic benefit typically associated with this kind of treatment. Moreover, the session concluded well before the allotted 90 minutes had passed, which further added to my disappointment. Overall, it felt like the therapist was in a hurry to finish rather than focusing on delivering a quality and relaxing experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service to others and hope you will take this feedback constructively to enhance the quality and consistency of your offerings. Customers deserve to receive the full value of what they book and expect a standard of care that reflects the professionalism your establishment promotes.

Had on of the best 60 minute Swedish massages with Lucy as my masseur at this spa, very professional and the massage was simply amazing. One of the most relaxing massages ive had in a long time. They really surpassed my expectations for a good massage in alibaug. Would def recommend u book a session if u are in alibaug.

We tried the signature Spa-Me couples massage and loved it! The staff were super nice and professional. The massage was totally worth it and left us feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible full body massage at this spa it was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The ambiance was calm and soothing, with soft lighting, gentle music, and a wonderfully clean space. The therapist was professional, attentive, and skilled at identifying areas of tension. Just a wonderful and soothing place to be at... if someone is here to have a chilling and peaceful experience you should not miss on this place... it soothes your soul and helps you get peace... really beautiful ambience and worth going
