BEST PLACE FOR FITNESS IN ALIBAG!!! Hands-down! They provide fitness in the form of Kickboxing, Cardio, Weight Lifting, Strength Training, Yoga, and more. I started training under Kaustubh Sir in 2022, who is the founder of Revolution Fitness Club and he is a really great fitness trainer, along with Aman as a trainer who is also a boxing champion himself. They get the exercises done from you, either through circuits or setting targets and timers. The group class/ activity is the best part , where training with your peer helps you in PUSHING through each other by achieving the reps and targets faster, building resilience. It can get difficult sometimes when training on your own, figuring out the exercises and getting them done on own, but with peers, you are not alone, you genuinely push each other, motivate each other and it is also more fun Apart from indoor exercises and activities, we have a lot of fun by training in the outdoors as well, sometimes at the beach or going for hikes/ treks nearby, building endurance. Aside from loosing a considerable weight of 10+kgs physically, I have gained mental benefits as well by becoming more resilient and accountable. I thoroughly enjoy the class, have had a lot of fun here along with forming good friendships! Highly recommend this fitness club/ gym in Alibag for anyone looking to transform themselves physically and mentally both! Both Aman Sir & Kaustubh Sir are top notch and well certified trainers who help us in guiding and providing a proper workout and diet plan according to every one of us . Every day includes new activities , new goals and also crazy bit of competition between every individual coming at the gym . Also their MMA training and coaching is the best ever seen online on their social media page while also being of good experience actually which includes weekly sparring , practicing combos drills and many more with special thanks to Aman Pawar Sir . Having trained at Revolution, here's what I've experienced: I've learned several disciplines -- boxing, grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA -- gaining a strong foundational skill set in each. Since joining, my agility and strength have improved significantly; I've lost weight, dropped a lot of fat, feel lighter and more fit, and generally more "shredded." The training quality is top-notch. Coaches are supportive at every stage and ensure proper technique, progression, and safety. Training with Kaustubh has been exceptional. His technique is sharp, he brings joy into the sessions and pushes you with discipline. Overall, even with his strict approach at times, he makes the MMA training both effective and fun. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their combat sports skills and general fitness.
