*Just at the age of 19, recovering from a major heart surgery while preparing for my CA exams, I was struggling both physically and mentally. That's when I joined Spurti Yoga, and it truly changed everything for me. - Amazing Yoga sessions by Saurabh sir gave me the confidence to recove fast. I am grateful to him for supporting and encouraging me in practicing difficult aasans by keeping my health in mind. * Practicing yoga daily has had a massive impact on my life - it improved my focus, brought mental calmness, helped me build a disciplined routine, and gave me the strength to handle long study hours without burnout. Horrible experience!!! I have been in fitness for last 3 years. I wanted to try yoga so I joined the class. I have attended the class for 4 days and the experience was worst enough to not continue. 1. The yoga instructor is always late for class. 6:30am class, rarely ever came before 7am. With discussion with others in the batch, I was told that Sir is always late from the time the batch started. After taking this issue to the woman who works there, She screamed at me and talked to me in extreme rude way. I calmly suggested to if he is going to be late why not shift the time 7am for everybody. she raised her voice at me and started screaming. That's how they treat their customers. 2. This class might be for somebody who have never done any exercise. No meditation on a daily basis. The Instructor doesn't even explain properly the exercise. Not which muscles are stretching, he doesn't even explains how to do exercises himself. 3. I didn't continue after 4 days because as the woman screamed at me. Yoga provides mental peace, seeing that the people who run this studio cant even keep peace with their customers but rather insult them and scream at them for giving suggestions is not the place i wanna continue. 4. The women on the call said she will provide me with the refund, but then she never did. I tried calling her back but she started rejecting my calls. Poor quality of services and rude behaviour is all they can serve. My genuine suggestion will be to avoid joining this class.

considering me as a student of a professional course these yoga sessions has helped me a lot to focus in my study sessions. The yoga practice with meditation helped me a lot in reducing the restlessness. The knowledge sessions which are delivered are so very connected to our day to day life that implementation of these knowledge sessions will leave a great impact and will also improve the quality of life .
